Inszone Acquires Benefitriver
Inszone Insurance has acquired BenefitRiver , an employee benefits agency with offices in Bozeman, Montana, and Golden, Colorado.
Founded in 2008 by Craig Gilbert, BenefitRiver specializes in employee benefits, group health, commercial liability, property, and workers’ compensation insurance. Gilbert said he sought a long-term home for his clients as he prepared to leave the industry. As part of the transaction, BenefitRiver team member Jen Bernier has joined Inszone.
The acquisition expands Inszone’s presence in Montana and Colorado while adding employee benefits expertise to the brokerage’s national platform.
Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Sacramento, California, Inszone offers property and casualty and employee benefits solutions through offices across 27 states.
