Is This Ocd If Not What Can This Be

Hey I’m 20 F . Throughout my entire life really I’ve always been a paranoid individual every since I was a child but it was extremely bad as a kid, I had this very very bad anxiety when it would rain I don’t know why but when it rained it felt like I was going to die once the sky went from blue to a darker sky it made my anxiety rise I would get so scared because I just felt like a tornado was going to hit or something I really don’t know what this was but anytime it would rain I would just get so so sad everyone around me would be confused on why but even till this day I never knew why. I also had a very intense fear of being stuck in a dream anytime when something in my life would happen outside of my regular routine for example ( on a Tuesday instead of going straight home from school me and my family get Chinese food) anything that was a bit weird and odd had me spiraling ! I would try to get out of this “dream” I would try to pinch myself as hard as I could so I could “wake up” or once I had scratched myself in the hand and it later scabbed up and anytime I would think I would be stuck in a dream I would always look down at the scab if it was there it indicated that I wasn’t dreaming. Which is a bit weird today I no longer do any of those things but I do similar things I cannot explain (sorry for the grammar) one time I was in my room minding my business and k guess from the corner of my eye I seen something red (I think) I’m not completely sure but I rushed out of my room thinking that somebody from the government was out to get me ? Or once I was at work and some dude had a Tesla and a assumed he was working with the government to come after me but these thoughts are always very very brief now that I am older I don’t spiral into these thoughts anymore because deep down I try to snap out and tell myself that it’s not true
