It Project Manager
Coordinating cross-functional delivery for the Ship to Home initiative, the remote IT Project Manager will manage project plans, facilitate meetings, and track progress across Digital IT, Store Team Member Experience, and Merchandising IT. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain an integrated project plan that connects milestones and dependencies across participating teams Facilitate cross-functional planning, status, risk, and decision-making meetings, documenting outcomes and due dates Prepare concise status updates and leadership reporting that highlight progress, upcoming milestones, and delivery concerns Required qualifications 5-8 years of experience managing cross-functional IT projects through planning, implementation, launch, and stabilization Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple delivery teams and business stakeholders in a complex enterprise environment Strong working knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods Experience using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub to monitor delivery progress and work-item status PMP certification preferred
