Key responsibilities Provide strategic guidance on Healthcare Shares' growth, positioning, and long-term vision Advise on healthcare market trends, startup evaluation, and founder support Contribute leadership insight across various healthcare sectors, including digital health and biotech Required qualifications Significant experience in healthcare, medicine, life sciences, or venture capital Preferred senior leadership, board, advisory, or entrepreneurial experience Strong professional network within healthcare and innovation ecosystems Ability to provide strategic and mission-aligned guidance to support healthcare startups Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month for board participation
