Lpt Making The Most Out Of My Life As A 19 Year Old

Card image cap

Hey guys, I’m 19 male, and I just got into uni. So my life is lowkey boring rn; I wake up, go to uni for like 3 hours, run straight to the gym, drive back home, and repeat. I also work 9-hour shifts 3 times every week in my local Woolies
(21 aud an hour) as a nightfill, and nothing is more depressing than seeing my friends partying all night and people my age driving supercars while I earn below minimum wage and stay up till 5.

I currently have no expenses since I live with my parents 1 hour away from the city, and I just feel like my life is not getting anywhere. I only hang out within my small friend group and am currently not in a relationship.

I just want to live my early 20s with no regrets and full of memories, but financially stable for my future. I also want to start an online business for some extra income and experiences.

Edit:I would also like to add that my mother has always been very sensitive when it comes to money, partly because she grew up poor and experienced significant losses in the stock market during COVID. As a result, she strongly encouraged me to save as much money as possible. She would even get upset when I bought new clothes, often telling me that I should just continue wearing the same three shirts instead of spending money on more. So moving out would be a challenge to convince her.
