Moroccan Students Jumpstart Entrepreneurial Journey At Eslsca Business School Masterclass
Agadir – ESLSCA Business School Rabat gathered students on February 28 from diverse cities and universities across Morocco for an intensive masterclass designed to cultivate the entrepreneurial mindset and practical skills needed to launch impactful ventures.
The event was organized by Orange Corners, an initiative of the Netherlands Embassy, alongside Bidaya Incubator, JCI Rabat, MMC and ESLSCA Business School Rabat, aiming to equip young innovators with the tools, frameworks, and mindset necessary to turn ideas into actionable projects.
Participants were guided through each stage of building a business, providing a practical roadmap, enabling attendees to translate concepts into concrete ventures.
Organizers framed the workshop as the first step in a broader movement to support Morocco’s next generation of entrepreneurs.
Through ongoing mentorship and guidance, the initiative seeks to help students refine their ideas, build sustainable projects, and create meaningful social and economic impact.
During the masterclass, entrepreneurship and life skills consultant Hind Azelmat delivered a session on the mindset, competencies, and impact needed to launch and sustain successful ventures.
In an interview with Morocco World News (MWN), Azelmat said that her part of the event tackled “the entrepreneurship mindset that entrepreneurs have to adopt to launch their project or to start their entrepreneurial journey and also how our projects will have economic and social impact.”
She added that the main goal behind this initiative, through “targeting students, is the idea to inspire people in general to start their entrepreneurial journey.”
Also present at the masterclass, former president of JCI Rabat, Mountassir Moad shared with MWN that the objective of the event is to “help students and young people from different cities of Morocco and from different universities to know the basics of entrepreneurship and how to work of their own projects from the ideation, prototyping, the Business Model Canvas, to the business plan.”
The workshop also emphasized on providing “the essential skills to be confident in creating change and to be a leader in the community,” he added.
