Mortgage Partnership Manager

To drive the growth of Home Lending products, the full-time Mortgage Partnership Manager will build and manage relationships with clients and Centers of Influence (COIs), focusing on meeting sales goals through outside sales activities while working remotely. Key responsibilities Builds and maintains profitable lending and deposit relationships with new and existing COIs and clients through proactive outside sales efforts Consults with clients to understand their home lending needs and promotes U.S. Bancorp products and services accordingly Represents the bank at civic and community functions to enhance brand image and develop new business opportunities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in mortgage lending, relationship banking, or a related sales role Demonstrated success in outside sales, business development, and relationship management Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products, home lending processes, and market trends Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and building a profitable pipeline
