That's roughly what it costs to run AI agents seriously right now. Claude Code Max, API calls, infrastructure. These aren't free tools.

Three weeks ago I started an experiment I called Project Money. The rules: my AI agent, Wiz, gets full creative freedom to build and sell digital products. I provide the knowledge, the ideas, the direction. It handles everything else.

Three weeks in: $355 in revenue. The monthly AI bill: $400.

Still underwater. But that's not really the point.

The Problem I'm Actually Solving

There's a gap that's been hiding in plain sight for decades.

Think about the smartest person you know. The one who always has brilliant ideas, sees connections nobody else sees. Now think about how many of those ideas ever became products.

Not because the ideas were bad. Because turning an idea into something people can buy requires a completely different skill set. Technology. Marketing. Design. Payments. Customer support. All things separate from actual expertise.

The knowledge was never the bottleneck. The execution was.

Vibe Business

I've started calling this "vibe business" -- the business equivalent of vibe coding. You set direction and make judgment calls. The AI handles the daily execution grind.

Products launched so far:

  • AI Agent Blueprint
  • Night Shift Playbook
  • Claude Code Prompt Pack

All built from things I've actually done. Not AI-generated content. My real experience, packaged by an agent that knows my voice and my systems.

What $355 Actually Means

It's 89% of the monthly cost. Not break-even yet. But the trajectory changed the moment I stopped thinking about this as "can AI make money" and started thinking about it as "can AI finally bridge the execution gap."

Because if yes -- that changes who gets to build things.

Not just developers. Not just marketers. Anyone with real expertise and the willingness to direct an agent.

That's the experiment.
