National Medical Director, Episodic Care
Seeking a dynamic and experienced physician leader, the full-time National Medical Director, Episodic Care will manage interdisciplinary care teams, drive the strategy for episodic care, and build a virtual in-home observation program, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead and scale interdisciplinary care teams to support patients across the acute care continuum Drive the strategy and business success for episodic care in post-ED and post-acute phases Build and scale a high-touch virtual in-home observation program for high-risk patients Required qualifications Board-certified physician in emergency medicine, internal medicine, or family medicine with 5+ years of clinical practice Experience leading and managing clinicians, including advanced practice providers Proven track record in building or scaling a clinical program or service line Familiarity with virtual care, Medicare populations, or urgent care preferred Experience designing interventions to improve population health outcomes
