Need Advice Or Direction On What To Do Financially, 36 Yo, F, No Kids, Single- Trying To Set Myself Up For The Future While Maintaining Mental Health

Hello! I am looking for advice, suggestions, or options on my current situation. Here are the basics- I am 36, female, no kids, single. I live in Orlando, Fl. I make $35,000 annually after taxes at a 9-5 office job. Car is paid off but 20 years old. $10,000 in savings that I worked really hard for- in a HYSA. I don't have assets, no retirement, no 401k, no health insurance, nothing. My job offers none of these. I also have a decent credit score and no credit card debt. Growing up I went from home to home, family member to family member, my parents are not in my life due to drug addiction- so there will never be any financial help or inheritance- I am fully on my own here. I did go to college and graduate school- I had no idea what I was doing, and I now have $216,000 in student loan debt and a degree that is practically useless (in the arts). I absolutely hate my office job, not because of the work environment, but simply because I feel like I am wasting my life away in an office chair to barely get by and I have this dread that it will be this way until I die. Which brings me here. I am looking for any advice or suggestions on what I can do. I have thoughts of starting a business, I just don't know what. I still practice my art, but the pressures of using that to pay bills is not something I am interested in. As far as my monthly expenses, I have a little wiggle room. Also since the SAVE plan has ended my student loan payments are going from $0 to $217 a month- this really hits me hard. I did once try to buy a property outside of Orlando for $180,000 with my $10,000 down and was not able to find financing because of my student loan debt. Just not sure if there's options out there.
