Ohio Licensed Clinical Operations Manager
Leading the overall management of the practice, the full-time Ohio Licensed Clinical Operations Manager will oversee the Home Sleep Test program, clinic, and sleep lab while collaborating with medical leadership to ensure operational efficiency and compliance in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Oversee the Home Sleep Test program, clinic operations, and sleep lab management Manage financial and operational reports, ensuring adherence to the practice operating budget Directly supervise staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field, along with 4 years of healthcare experience 4 years of leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting Experience overseeing multiple service lines or a multidisciplinary outpatient practice Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting and revenue management
