Dear MM,

And We’re Back to La Liga. And we find ourselves back in La Liga! Today we face Elche — who are currently 17th in La Liga after a series of poor form. Elche hasn’t won a La Liga game in 2026 so even if we rotate, we really have little business losing this game AT HOME. Anyway, you sadly never know what you’re going to get with this Real Madrid team as we enter into this match with so-so form. In our past 5 La Liga matches, Real has won 3 games and lost 2. We’re currently 4pts behind Barcelona who face Sevilla at the Camp Nou, so if we hope to win a La Liga title — we truly need to get points.
