Patent Counsel - Indiana Licensed
To support a growing legal team, the remote Senior Project Manager - Law will manage patent prosecution, implement IP strategy, and provide guidance on patent preparation and portfolio management while collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders. Key responsibilities Manage patent prosecution and participate in IP strategy implementation, including preparing and filing US patent applications Conduct invention disclosure interviews to identify patentable ideas and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on the IP team Oversee outside counsel relationships and support large, complex cases and matters globally Required qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering, computer science, material science, physics, or mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience Licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office Minimum of 5 years of relevant intellectual property experience, including patent prosecution and portfolio management Experience with Artificial Intelligence in the IP space Significant level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience
