Perfect 3 Minutes Pitch (i Will Not Promote)

Card image cap

Hey!

I’ve gotten to the finals in the local startup incubator with my startup idea. 6 teams will “battle it out” in front of public, some judges/investor/mentors.

I have a working prototype with few users that are giving me feedback and are using the product (although nobody is yet paying). I am building this thing alone (very experienced s/w engineer (25+ years in industry)) with my friend (also very experienced) designer.

Constraints. Presentation is 3 minutes long. Slides in PDF format. Short Q&A at the end. No animation.

I gave quite some tech talks before at meetups/tech conferences etc,… but this is different; audience is different non-tech; more business oriented.

I’m wondering what are some good/bad/interesting advice u guys can give me?

Should I keep it realistic/optimistic/visionary? I can’t really say I have PMF if this thing is so very early stage; can I? What are some common pitfalls and some solid ideas?

Have a wonderful day! Cheers!
