Portfolio Development Manager
To support regional U.S. offices, the full-time remote Portfolio Development Manager will manage donor development, church partnerships, and private fundraising initiatives while serving as a strategic leader and primary liaison between the home office and local teams. Key responsibilities Supervise local office staff, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and providing spiritual leadership Co-develop and implement integrated advancement strategies to achieve financial goals and enhance donor engagement Lead national campaign execution and project management across assigned offices, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and deliverables Required qualifications Mature and personal Christian faith, committed to the mission and values of the organization Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field 5+ years of progressive experience in nonprofit fundraising, including major gift pipeline development 2+ years of direct supervisory experience with performance management and team coaching Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project implementation
