Principal Consultant - Strategy
To drive transformative business outcomes, the full-time Principal Consultant - Strategy will lead high-stakes client engagements, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and deliver strategic insights in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Lead and manage complex client projects, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and maintaining high standards for project delivery Produce client-ready deliverables, including presentations and reports, that articulate complex ideas and provide actionable insights Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and leading strategic discussions Required qualifications 10+ years of consulting experience with a proven track record in leading large-scale engagements and building client relationships Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; preferred Master's or equivalent post-graduate degree Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering high-value projects for private equity sponsors or portfolio companies Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with exceptional communication skills for presenting to C-suite executives Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and drive growth through strategic proposals and client acquisitions
