Product Change Manager
Managing assigned commercialization projects, the contract Product Change Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining compliance with quality and regulatory standards, with flexible work-from-home options available in East Hanover, NJ, and Shirley, NY. Key responsibilities: Lead the coordination of product and packaging changes through effective project planning and execution Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of deliverables across various departments Monitor project performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues Required qualifications: 2+ years of experience in project coordination, execution, or product commercialization within FMCG or related industries Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field Foundational knowledge of project management processes and tools Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines CPG-industry experience and product change management experience
