Product Manager, Financial Portfolio
Managing and advancing Advocacy, Behavioral Health, and Clinical solutions, the full-time remote Product Manager, Financial Portfolio will lead high-priority initiatives to enhance program value and performance for members and employer groups. Key responsibilities: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and translate insights into actionable product features Analyze utilization trends and collaborate with actuarial teams to validate savings forecasts and uncover affordability levers Monitor financial KPIs and success metrics to track ROI and support the development of capabilities aligned with market trends Required qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Developer, or Consultant in the healthcare industry 3+ years of experience managing performance metrics and supporting internal business goals 3+ years of experience analyzing product financial performance related to affordability and profit and loss management 3+ years of experience presenting analyses to internal and external clients and senior executives 2+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
