Product Manager, P&c Insurance
To support a transformative approach to insurance technology, the full-time remote Product Manager, P&C Insurance will drive strategy execution across Policy, Underwriting, Billing, Claims, and Data/AI, while managing a Senior Product Analyst and building data-driven business cases for major investments. Key responsibilities Drive strategy execution across multiple product areas, maintaining visibility into portfolio health and dependencies Define cross-product initiatives and build business cases using defensible metrics for major roadmap investments Prepare and present data-driven narratives and product capabilities to executives, customers, and analysts Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related analytical role, preferably in P&C insurance technology Strong business case and financial modeling skills with the ability to defend investment decisions using data Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report, or readiness to take on management responsibilities Ability to work across multiple product lines and stakeholders without owning a single backlog Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus
