Revenue Cycle Management Director

To enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Management Director will develop and implement strategic projects focused on systems and automation while ensuring adherence to revenue cycle policies and procedures. Key responsibilities: Conduct process assessments to identify gaps and develop strategic initiatives for operational efficiencies Design, communicate, and implement Revenue Cycle Management initiatives while establishing Key Performance Indicators to measure success Evaluate potential projects for business impact and facilitate team discussions to drive process improvement and root cause analysis Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field, with medical billing and accounts receivable experience preferred Minimum of 5 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience, including 3 years in a leadership role within a home infusion setting Project Management Certification Strong knowledge of accounting procedures and healthcare terminology, with experience in government and insurance billing Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Monday
