Engaging local businesses, the full-time hybrid Sales and Marketing Representative will prospect, present marketing solutions, and manage the sales cycle, including client meetings and proposal preparation, with some work-from-home flexibility available. Key responsibilities: Prospect and engage local businesses to present print and digital marketing solutions Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing and renewal, including client meetings and proposal preparation Maintain strong customer relationships and provide ongoing support and training on marketing tools Required qualifications: Experience promoting advertising or marketing solutions and managing a sales pipeline Relevant experience in advertising, digital marketing, or local business development High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an asset Comfort with CRM systems and basic digital tools; familiarity with social media and online advertising is a plus Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and manage time independently
