Supporting the Head of Sales and Business Development, the full-time remote Sales Coordinator will manage a pipeline of leads, maintain CRM data integrity, and facilitate internal coordination to ensure smooth sales processes. Key responsibilities Manage sales execution by overseeing a pipeline of inbound leads and supporting the Head of Sales in advancing deals Own CRM administration by ensuring clean data, accurate contact records, and organized follow-through on outbound activities Coordinate internal processes by tracking open items, drafting follow-up communications, and holding senior team members accountable to pipeline commitments Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in a sales, sales support, or client-facing business development role, with CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) Experience supporting executives or senior team members in an administrative or coordination capacity Strong organizational skills with a meticulous approach to maintaining clean and accurate records Proven ability to communicate effectively through email and screen-based correspondence Demonstrated follow-through and accountability in managing tasks and commitments
