Sales Director - Retail Focus
To drive growth in the retail sector, the full-time Sales Director - Retail Focus will source, nurture, and close new clients primarily through their network, managing the sales cycle and building relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients in the Consumer, Retail, E-commerce, and Omnichannel industries Scope projects and define business solutions to meet client needs while managing lead generation and sales activities Plan and mobilize cross-functional teams throughout the sales cycle to achieve annual revenue targets Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer Goods sectors with a focus on technology solutions Proven success in business development and key account management within the retail sector Strong understanding of retail systems, customer data platforms, and inventory management challenges Ability to deliver tailored presentations to senior executives of potential clients Native English or fully bilingual proficiency
