Key responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients in the retail, e-commerce, and omnichannel industries Scope projects and manage sales activities to meet annual revenue targets while shaping business solutions that address client needs Plan and mobilize resources across teams throughout the sales cycle, ensuring effective lead generation and risk management Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in the Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer Goods sectors with a focus on technology solutions Strong background in business development and key account management within the retail industry Proven track record of sourcing and closing midsize and enterprise accounts in consumer markets Excellent understanding of retail systems, customer data platforms, and inventory management challenges Native English or fully bilingual proficiency
