Samsung Opens Business Experience Studio In Hanoi, Supporting Enterprise Digital Transformation

Samsung Electronics Vietnam has officially opened the Business Experience Studio (BES) in Hanoi, offering a dedicated space where corporate customers can experience integrated Samsung technologies in real-world business environments. The opening also reaffirms Samsung’s commitment to supporting the digital transformation of organizations and businesses in Vietnam.

Representing the public administration and manufacturing sector, the meeting room and operations center leverage The Wall All-in-One, 105-inch 5K Smart Signage, Galaxy Tab S11, WindFree 1-Way Cassette air conditioners, and AI Camera video conferencing solutions. The operations center also features 115-inch UHD Signage, 55-inch Video Walls, and 49-inch curved monitors that support continuous monitoring and management for when real-time responses are critical.

For the education field, the smart classroom is equipped with the Interactive Display (WAFX-P model), BEFX-H 4K Business TV, Flip Pro WM55B Interactive Board, and Galaxy Tabs. Meanwhile, the hospitality and real estate environments integrate AI TVs, monitors, Bespoke AI home appliances, WindFree air conditioners, and Galaxy mobile devices into connected living spaces. A simulated healthcare facility incorporates display solutions, Galaxy Tabs, and Galaxy Watches to illustrate how connected technology can support healthcare staff and enhance patient experiences.

For finance and banking, BES demonstrates digital customer and employee touchpoints using Smart Signage, monitors, Business TVs, mobile devices, and the slim, lightweight and energy-efficient Color E-Paper (EMDX model) display for optimized financial transactions. Restaurant and food service scenarios feature digital menu boards and kiosks designed to modernize ordering and improve business operations.

In addition, BES has specialized zones showcasing Galaxy devices for different business environments as well as Samsung’s residential and commercial air conditioning portfolio. Welcoming visitors, the reception area also incorporates large-format displays and Spatial Signage with immersive 3D visuals.
