Leading commercial growth for the Small Plastics business, the full-time Senior Account Manager will manage a portfolio of complex accounts, strengthen customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities while working remotely from home in the United States. Key Responsibilities Deliver revenue, volume, and margin targets through disciplined opportunity management Develop and execute account plans for top accounts, aligning stakeholders and setting quarterly growth actions Qualify, propose, and negotiate customer agreements while leveraging pricing frameworks to expand margin Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 8+ years of experience, particularly in HDPE blow molding and the Agricultural Chemical market Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline management and forecasting Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated pricing and negotiation capabilities Experience in mentoring junior sellers and leading complex negotiations
