Senior Analytics Manager
Seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Analytics Manager, this full-time remote position will lead the analytics function, develop a high-performing team, and deliver actionable analyses and narratives for senior leaders to enhance business decisions. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of analytics and BI professionals, setting priorities and establishing clear expectations Partner with executives to translate strategic questions into actionable analysis, KPIs, dashboards, and recommendations Personally conduct complex analyses and present decision-ready findings to senior executive stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's degree preferred 7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related field 2+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching and performance management Advanced SQL skills and experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) Experience with enterprise BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
