Senior Compensation Business Partner
To drive AI strategy and transformation in the Compensation function, the full-time Senior Compensation Business Partner will manage executive compensation for senior leaders, partner with executives across G&A and Product groups, and develop AI-enabled workflows to enhance decision-making processes remotely. Key responsibilities Own executive compensation processes, including offers, long-term incentive design, and Comp Committee materials Serve as the dedicated compensation business partner for a portfolio of senior executives, providing timely recommendations on compensation matters Lead the development and implementation of AI strategies to improve benchmarking, scenario modeling, and stakeholder communications Required qualifications 8+ years of compensation experience with a focus on executive compensation, including Comp Committee preparation and long-term incentive design Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and influence decisions effectively Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Sheets/Excel for modeling and analysis Experience in creating concise, decision-ready documents for senior executives Demonstrated success in high-output teams, managing end-to-end workstreams in fast-paced environments
