Senior Data Analyst
Driving reporting and analytics capabilities, the fully remote Senior Data Analyst will translate raw financial data from BigQuery into actionable insights, manage P&L calculations, automate auditor data exports, and ensure data integrity across the organization. Key responsibilities Build and maintain complex financial reporting metrics and interactive dashboards using BI tools like Looker or Grafana Automate compliance reporting and design customized analytics for auditing purposes Gather business requirements for financial data marts, ensuring effective collaboration between Finance/Accounting and Data Engineering teams Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in data analysis, finance analytics, or regulatory reporting within fintech or related financial services Expert-level SQL skills for data extraction and complex aggregations in BigQuery Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, Numpy) for data research and modeling Extensive experience with BI tools, preferably Looker or Grafana, and building dashboards for C-level executives Solid understanding of financial terminology, P&L structures, and IFRS standards
