A company is looking for a Senior Director of Corporate Development to lead M&A initiatives and drive long-term growth strategy. Key Responsibilities Drive strategic alignment by partnering with executives and cross-functional leaders to shape and execute inorganic growth strategies Own the end-to-end deal process, including sourcing, target engagement, financial modeling, negotiation, and due diligence Lead cross-functional teams through due diligence and partner with the M&A integration team for successful post-close execution Required Qualifications 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a transactional role focused on deal execution Background in M&A or Corporate Development within high-growth or enterprise technology companies Experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, or private equity is strongly preferred Proven ability to cultivate and leverage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners Strong financial modeling, valuation, and business case development skills
