Leading Corporate FP&A initiatives, the full-time Senior Director of FP&A will manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes remotely while overseeing the development of financial dashboards and ensuring data governance across FP&A systems. Key responsibilities Lead enterprise budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and executive financial reporting Establish and manage a disciplined FP&A operating cadence, including timely delivery of management reporting Provide financial leadership and decision support to senior executives through performance analysis and scenario planning Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field 12+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, with at least 7 years in management Demonstrated experience in enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Proven ability to build and lead high-performing finance teams Experience with enterprise planning systems and business intelligence/reporting capabilities
