Senior Director Of People Enablement
Leading the global Learning and Development team and North America Business Partner team, the full-time salaried Senior Director of People Enablement will drive talent capability building, performance management, and strategic partnerships to support the company's AI-enabled operating model. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the global Talent Enablement team and North America HRBP team Set and advance HR people and learning strategies in partnership with executives to enhance organizational capability and team performance Serve as a partner to the CEO and Executive Team, advising on organizational capability, leadership effectiveness, and people risk Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 12+ years of progressive experience in HR Business Partnership and Talent Development, with at least 7 years in a leadership role Experience building and scaling a business partner team with strategic impact Demonstrated success in designing and implementing enterprise-wide succession planning frameworks Strong data and analytics capability to inform business decisions
