Senior Director Of Product Management
Leading the evolution of product management across a digital organization, the full-time Senior Director of Product Management will oversee the vision, standards, and governance of the practice while translating enterprise strategy into actionable multi-year plans, all in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Own and evolve the vision, philosophy, and operating model for the Product Management practice Set product standards, methodologies, and governance to improve consistency and quality across teams Represent product management at the executive level and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to shape digital strategy and roadmaps Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred 12-15+ years of progressive product management experience, including leadership of product leaders Demonstrated success in building and scaling a product practice or organization Experience leading complex, cross-functional digital initiatives and influencing senior executives Proven ability to connect product practice maturity to measurable business outcomes
