Senior Director, Workforce Strategy
Leading the evolution of enterprise workforce strategy and AI modernization, the full-time Senior Director, Workforce Strategy will work remotely to align workforce capabilities with business priorities and market trends while driving organizational transformation. Key responsibilities: Translate business priorities and market trends into workforce capability and talent strategies Develop frameworks and tools to provide insights on workforce shifts and future skill needs Lead AI workforce modernization efforts, including workflow redesign and workforce transition planning Required qualifications: 15+ years of leadership experience in workforce strategy or enterprise strategy Experience building enterprise frameworks and strategic planning capabilities Solid understanding of AI, automation, and the future of work Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-wide workforce planning initiatives Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across organizations
