Senior Learning Designer
Supporting the design and management of training solutions for field managers, the full-time remote Senior Learning Designer will lead the development and execution of learning programs, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement to enhance employee skills and performance. Key responsibilities Collaborate with business teams to develop learning solutions that drive upskilling and behavior change Design and manage end-to-end new hire training programs, utilizing data to evaluate and improve training effectiveness Build partnerships with business leaders to prioritize learning initiatives and ensure alignment with business needs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Adult Learning, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred 6+ years of experience in designing and developing learning solutions, with a focus on change management and field operations Strong project management skills and the ability to adapt to changing business needs Familiarity with learning experience platforms and various learning management systems Innovative mindset with a willingness to explore new technologies and ideas
