Senior Network Contracting Specialist
Overseeing the development and management of insurance networks, the full-time Senior Network Contracting Specialist will focus on improving affordability and quality outcomes while managing provider relationships and negotiation strategies in the MidAtlantic region. Key responsibilities Manages contract negotiations with large physician groups and ancillary providers to meet growth demands Builds and nurtures relationships with providers to support local market strategies and optimize network performance Collaborates cross-functionally to manage provider compensation, pricing development, and resolve elevated provider service complaints Required qualifications Existing relationships with major health systems and large physician groups within the region Experience with physician group and ancillary provider contracting and negotiations Demonstrated experience in developing and managing key provider relationships, including senior executives Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, with 7+ years in provider contracting or health insurance Intimate understanding of complex integrated delivery systems and managed care business models
