Senior Rcm Solutions Specialist
To drive large-scale RCM transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Senior RCM Solutions Specialist will expand Innovaccer's Flow Solution business by partnering with C-level stakeholders, leading strategic growth, and designing modernization roadmaps for healthcare organizations. Key responsibilities Own the expansion of Innovaccer's Flow (RCM) business by identifying and closing enterprise transformation opportunities Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives, optimizing financial performance through RCM capabilities Lead executive-level deal discussions and drive revenue growth across enterprise healthcare customers Required qualifications 7-12+ years of experience in consulting, healthcare revenue cycle management, or digital transformation roles Proven track record of driving growth and leading large-scale RCM transformation programs Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare revenue cycle operations including charge capture and claims management Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred
