Senior Revenue Operations Analyst
Driving pipeline visibility and performance, the full-time Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will manage CRM data quality, analyze funnel metrics, and support forecasting processes in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Own and maintain data quality in NetSuite CRM for new business opportunities, ensuring accurate stage progression and deal metadata Track pipeline coverage and analyze funnel performance metrics to identify gaps and provide actionable recommendations Support the weekly forecasting process by tracking accuracy trends and maintaining scenario models for pipeline risk and opportunity signals Required qualifications: 3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Analytics within a B2B SaaS environment Strong CRM capabilities, particularly in field management and reporting, with a preference for NetSuite Advanced analytical skills to convert raw data into business insights and recommendations Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight Ability to communicate findings clearly to sales leaders and executives
