Senior Solution Engineer
As a full-time Senior Solution Engineer specializing in Retail and Supply Chain, the successful candidate will serve as a strategic advisor to clients, collaborating with business executives and technical stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and lead workshops that drive transformative value. Key responsibilities Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and identify AI-driven opportunities for value creation Facilitate scoping workshops, including process mapping and technical overviews, to shape compelling solution proposals Run technical demonstrations of the platform and provide support in shaping enterprise architecture considerations Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in AI Solution Engineering within mid-market and enterprise businesses Experience in data analytics, digital or SaaS businesses, or the retail/manufacturing industries Proven ability to facilitate discovery workshops and product demonstrations Experience guiding customers through complex transformation and change management programs Familiarity with retail and supply chain environments
