Senior Strategic Program Manager
Leading high-impact strategic initiatives, the full-time Senior Strategic Program Manager will partner with executive leadership to translate strategy into measurable business results while managing organizational complexity and fostering alignment across teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Lead complex, high-impact strategic initiatives from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment with business strategy Develop integrated execution strategies that coordinate multiple workstreams, dependencies, and resource needs Facilitate executive steering committees and governance meetings to enable informed decision-making and risk management Required qualifications: Extensive experience leading enterprise programs or company-wide strategic initiatives Proven ability to build trusted relationships with executives and influence decisions Experience in establishing program governance and portfolio management practices Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery approaches Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Lean Six Sigma
