Senior Strategy & Operations Manager
To shape the next chapter of the psychiatry business, the full-time Senior Strategy & Operations Manager will partner with leaders across various departments to define long-term strategy, evaluate new business opportunities, and translate high-impact ideas into actionable pilots and scalable initiatives in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Manage cross-functional initiatives to drive business growth and improve unit economics Conduct deep dives into patient and payor lifetime values to inform strategic decisions Develop and implement scalable operating models and execution plans based on strategic objectives Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy & Operations, or similar roles within high-growth startups or mid-sized companies Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including complex financial modeling and data analysis Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution Exceptional communication skills for synthesizing complex topics and influencing stakeholders Strong executive presence and experience partnering with senior leaders in ambiguous business environments
