Senior Ui/ux Designer
Owning the design of a product area, the remote, contracted-to-full-time Senior UI/UX Designer will rapidly create clickable prototypes, conduct research and usability testing, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to align design with business goals. Key responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end design process for a product area, partnering with product and engineering teams Quickly transform ideas into clickable prototypes to facilitate decision-making Conduct research and usability testing, presenting findings to stakeholders for informed decisions Required qualifications: At least 5 years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio of shipped products Demonstrated experience using AI in design work with relevant examples Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and familiarity with AI design and prototyping tools Strong visual and interaction design skills and the ability to manage a design system Clear communication skills in English, capable of articulating design decisions to non-designers
