Senior Vice President Of Client Services
Owning senior executive relationships and growth strategies, the full-time Senior Vice President of Client Services will manage key accounts in the healthcare sector, ensuring revenue retention and delivery excellence while collaborating with various internal teams remotely. Key responsibilities: Own relationships with senior executives across assigned healthcare strategic accounts, serving as the primary escalation point Develop and execute account growth strategies, including organic expansion and identification of new opportunities Lead renewal and contract renegotiation strategies in partnership with Legal and Finance, ensuring favorable terms and revenue protection Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or equivalent executive education preferred in Business, Management, or related field 12-15+ years of progressive client relationship or account management experience, particularly in BPO or healthcare payer services Demonstrated experience managing large, complex client relationships at an executive level Working knowledge of healthcare payer operations and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and CMS Proven track record of leading contract renegotiations and commercial structuring for enterprise accounts
