Seo Community Workshop - Lost Content Since Aios - What Niche, What Do You Think?

Working on an idea for creators, site owners etc who lost content to AIOs.

I have worked on some sites that had large amounts of information pages that also moved to AIOs - and I'm wondering if some of the techniques we used could help others?

Is it worth looking at

how content was lost
was it all AIO vs some positional
was it all AIO vs changed search
Did you add new content
Did you lose authority?
1. Did that cause a further drop?

How do you characterize it?

SERP rankings?
separating keywords by AIO mentions?
Expanding to "AIO Safe" keywords

What do we need from you?

Are you willing to try them out and share (anonymously or not - we dont want you to expose your data, clients, business etc)
Information on the ideas, feedback, testing

Is it worth doing this? and can the community come together to build a solution?
