Staff Product Designer
Leading high-impact product design initiatives, the full-time Staff Product Designer will operate remotely, collaborating across multiple teams to translate complex problems into coherent product experiences while mentoring other designers and utilizing AI-powered tools. Key responsibilities Lead design strategy and execution for complex initiatives spanning multiple teams and product surfaces Translate customer needs and business goals into clear experience direction while partnering with product and engineering leaders Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs that make complex product ideas tangible and testable Required qualifications 8+ years of relevant product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-impact initiatives Exceptional visual and interaction design craft with deep care for usability and accessibility Proven experience across the design lifecycle, including research, interaction design, and usability testing Strong prototyping skills using tools like Figma, Framer, or AI coding tools Deep fluency in design systems and scalable product experience decisions
