Starting A New Business

Hey Entrepreneurs,

i feel the huge urge to build something for myself since many years. Everywhere i see businesses operating i am seeing things that i would do different and i have the feeling many of them have so much room to improve their perfomance. Anyway i never started one myself in which i could put all the ideas and that drive that i feel. A month ago i decided to change that and try something out that would give me huge joy if i could share my passion for it with a group of people. I now encounter the first problem in the business world which would bring me to my question.

How do i find my first customers? Building so much trust that someone feels comfortable to book with me feels like a huge deal especially without knowing me.

I didn't build any social media audience yet or any proof. How did you start out with your first clients and gained your spot in the market?

Where did you found your first clients and which channels i should look for to get in contact with potential customers?

If anyone is operating something in the surf industry i am also super thankfull for some advice.
