Leading business development initiatives, the full-time State Licensed Relationship Manager will manage high-value client relationships, drive revenue growth, and partner with senior stakeholders to develop customized solutions while working remotely across various states. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue growth and product penetration targets Maintain and strengthen relationships with key executives and decision-makers within client organizations Analyze client needs and negotiate terms to secure long-term partnerships Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field 7+ years of experience in business development or relationship management within the insurance or financial services industry Proven track record of achieving growth targets and maintaining strong client relationships Experience negotiating complex agreements and managing key accounts Relevant state insurance license as required by role responsibilities
