Key responsibilities Provide strategic guidance on growth, positioning, partnerships, investment focus, and long-term vision for Healthcare Shares Advise on healthcare market trends, emerging opportunities, and founder support strategies Contribute leadership insight across various healthcare sectors, including clinical care, digital health, and biotech Required qualifications Significant experience in healthcare, medicine, life sciences, or related fields Senior leadership, advisory, or investing experience preferred Strong professional network within healthcare and innovation ecosystems Ability to provide strategic and mission-aligned guidance to support healthcare startups Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month for board participation
