Technology Transformation Director
Leading large-scale technology transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Director, Technology Transformation Lead will drive integrated program execution, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure governance across a multi-year transformation portfolio while operating in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Own and reinforce the vision and strategy for technology transformation, ensuring alignment with executive leadership Lead multiple PMO functions, overseeing delivery across teams and ensuring alignment to program milestones Define enterprise governance structures and manage program health visibility through standardized processes and reporting Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field 10+ years of experience leading complex programs with direct report and matrixed team management 6+ years of experience in project management and executing strategic IT programs Proven ability to influence senior executives and lead transformation in complex organizations Excellent analytical skills for resolving complex problems and issues
