Trucordia Acquires Rusty Healy Insurance Agency
Trucordia has acquired the insurance business of Rusty Healy Insurance Agency, based in Madison, Mississippi.
The Rusty Healy agency offers auto, home, business, and life insurance, adding to Trucordia’s growing presence in personal and commercial lines.
The deal continues Trucordia’s acquisition strategy focused on expanding in targeted markets with agencies that bring local relationships and cross-selling opportunities. The firm, formerly known as PCF Insurance Services, has grown into a top 20 U.S. brokerage with more than 5,000 employees nationwide.
